1. Agreement to these terms
These User Agreement terms (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and the developer or operator of Clxzm (“Clxzm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to your access to and use of the Clxzm iOS application, including its puzzle levels, Frame Workshop, Echo Laboratory, solution snapshots, local gallery tools, and in-app coin features.
By downloading, opening, or using Clxzm, you agree to these Terms and to the Clxzm Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you use the app on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that person.
2. What Clxzm provides
Clxzm provides interactive spatial puzzles in which you move and resize a frame to carry an object through changing boundaries. Depending on the mode, the app may include moving targets, delayed releases, mirrored payloads, filter matching, timed tools, daily attempts, progress history, and solution snapshots.
Frame Workshop lets you choose a photo or capture a texture and save a private frame inside the app. Echo Laboratory provides a button mode and an optional microphone mode that converts live loudness into a visual pulse. These features are optional and depend on the permissions you choose to grant.
3. Your photos, textures, notes, and snapshots
You retain your rights in photos, images, names, notes, and other material that you choose to import, capture, edit, or save in Clxzm (“User Content”). You are responsible for having the permissions and rights needed to use that User Content.
You grant Clxzm a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process User Content on your device only as needed to provide the feature you selected, such as cropping a frame texture, rendering a local snapshot, or displaying a note. The current build does not upload User Content to a Clxzm server or use it for advertising.
You must not use Clxzm to create, store, or distribute material that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, violates a court order, or interferes with the security or operation of the app.
4. Coins and in-app purchases
Clxzm may offer consumable in-app purchases that deliver virtual “Coins.” Coins are digital items used for optional in-app actions such as private frame creation or Echo activation. Coins have no cash value, are not a bank account or stored-value instrument, and may not be sold, transferred, bartered, or redeemed for money or anything outside Clxzm.
- Coin prices and product availability are shown by Apple through StoreKit and may vary by region, currency, tax, or Apple account settings.
- Apple processes payment and may apply its own terms, billing rules, refund process, and purchase authentication.
- Clxzm records the transaction identifier needed to deliver a completed purchase safely on this device. The app does not receive or store your payment card number.
- Consumable purchases are not restored as reusable Coins after completion. If a purchase is delayed or cannot be delivered, the app may leave the transaction unfinished so StoreKit can retry delivery.
Refund requests should be submitted through Apple’s applicable support or refund process. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
5. Clxzm intellectual property
Clxzm, including its name, visual design, code, level structure, text, illustrations, animations, sounds, and built-in assets, is owned by or licensed to the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license below, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on Apple devices that you own or control for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify, extract, or redistribute the app or its built-in assets except where applicable law expressly permits it.
6. Permissions and privacy
Clxzm asks for access only when you choose a related optional tool. Camera access is used for a capture you start in Frame Workshop. Photo access is used when you choose a system photo picker or explicitly save a solution copy to Photos. Microphone access is used in Echo Laboratory microphone mode to calculate live loudness; no audio file is created or stored.

7. Availability, updates, and device requirements
We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue a feature, level, product, or part of the app when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, platform compatibility, or product decisions. An update may be required to continue using the app.
Clxzm depends on Apple devices, iOS behavior, system permissions, StoreKit, Photos, camera hardware, and microphone hardware. Some features may be unavailable on a particular device or when a permission is denied. You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device and keeping your Apple software reasonably current.
8. Disclaimers and limits of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clxzm is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available on every device. We do not guarantee a particular puzzle result, score, purchase delivery time, or preservation of User Content after device loss, app deletion, operating-system failure, or an event outside our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clxzm and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or device access arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the affected Clxzm feature during the applicable period, or the minimum amount required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited in your jurisdiction.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Clxzm and delete it at any time. We may suspend or end access to a feature if reasonably necessary to address misuse, security, legal requirements, or a material violation of these Terms. Sections concerning ownership, purchases, disclaimers, liability, and dispute-related rights continue to the extent necessary after use ends.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the app, its features, or applicable requirements change. The “Effective” date above will be updated when a revised version is published. Your continued use of Clxzm after an update becomes available means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
